WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently deliver to the Continental U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.

 

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Once your order has shipped, an email will be automatically generated and sent to your email address. Be sure to check your spam folder.

 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?

Packages typically ship within 48 hrs of purchase. Please note that there may be a 1-day delay during weekends and holidays.

 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

Depending on your location, it can take between 2-7 business days after your package has shipped. However, this may vary depending on carrier workload and/or time of year.

 

WHO FULFILLS YOUR ORDERS?

Our main courier is USPS Priority Mail. However, in certain cases we may choose another source at our own discretion.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Double check your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to any and all return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.

 

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.
